Our long-term goal is to reduce operational risk and improve wireline operating efficiency & data quality.  Our R&D is currently focussed in two areas: 

  1. Wellbore diagnostics – to develop the science of “hole conditions” and to assess how that might impact a logging operation. 
  2. Cable dynamics – to gain understanding on the fundamentals of cable & wellbore interaction (depth, drag, creep, torque)
